For $29.95 you get a full size plan of the layout as shown above. The Layout Board size is 22" x 42" and is Designed to Fit in a Coffee Table (option plans available). Also included is a Fully Illustrated Instruction Book which gives Step by Step Instructions on Building the Board , Laying the Track, Wiring and Scenery Tricks. A Complete Parts List is Included. There are also Three Pages of Templates for Creating the Grades and Hills which Coincide with the red marks (see above). All the planning has been done to make your building the layout fun! You can also purchase some accessories, like the Animated Lumber Mill and DPM Building Interiors to make the layout incredibly realistic.
